Spinner rings are sometimes called fiddle rings, worry rings or meditation rings. They are a perfect way to ground yourself in moments of stress or anxiety. Moving the internal spinning rings around the base ring while breathing. Perfect for people like me who like to fiddle with their jewellery.

This spinner ring is hand crafted from 100% recycled sterling silver ring and is 8mm wide. The main band holds up to three dainty little spinners with a little handcrafted shape or a 3mm gemstone cabochon.
