TIMING

Your order will be custom made by me, Becky. For rings, please allow around 3 weeks for your item(s) to be made. For other items I aim to get them made and in the post within 4-5 days. If you need your item for a specific date, please do get in touch and I will see what I can do. I can often juggle my work list around a little if I'm aware that something is urgent!

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It's never easy buying things online. Sometimes you just need to see the item "in person". So, if you decide the jewellery is not for you, please just get in touch and let me know within 14 days. We can arrange a return via recorded post  and I will refund the full cost of the item excluding my postage and packaging costs. 

BUT PLEASE NOTE I cannot accept returns on custom-made items, which will usually include rings made to your size, and any item that has been stamped or personalised. 

PACKAGING

All of my items are posted in recycled card, branded gift boxes, which are perfect for gift giving.

I am more than happy to include a handwritten gift message. Please just let me know in the message box at checkout, or email me direct.
