Birth Flower Pendant Necklace

Birth flowers; the flowers that traditionally represent the month in which you are born, have been around since Roman times. 

I always think flowers and jewellery are perfect birthday gifts, so wanted to make something that combined the two - and I love jewellery with hidden symbolism or meaning - so the idea of birth flower jewellery was born. 

For this pendant necklace I have taken simple, elegant drawings of each of the birth flowers, and engraved them onto a dainty silver oval (which measures 12x8mm). I've just added a larger size option of 20 x 15mm if you'd prefer a larger pendant. 

The chain is a sterling silver trace chain and you can choose between a 16" or 18"

This necklace looks gorgeous on it's own, but would really suit layering with other necklaces too. 

I've also added the option for additional birth flowers to be added to the chain if you'd like to have a little bouquet of the flowers representing your loved ones all together.
