Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you don’t have an account, you can still pay using a debit or credit card. I am also able to accept direct bank transfers from UK customers - please get in touch to arrange with me.
If I don’t receive payment or hear from you within three days, I will cancel the sale. Do contact me if there are any problems.
All of my items are posted in white branded gift boxes, or pillow boxes. Ready for giving, but perfect to keep. I am more than happy to write a gift message if you are sending direct to the recipient. Please just let me know in the message box at checkout, or email me direct.
Postage and Delivery
I aim to make and ship your order within seven working days. Stacking ring sets may take up to three weeks. If you have need your item for a particluar date, do let me know as I can usually juggle things to accomodate.
For UK customers I offer two postage options:
- Free 1st class post - if your order is over £100 I will send special delivery at no extra cost.
- Registered post (signed for) + £2.50
For international customers:
- Airmail (proof of postage) £7.00 or
If you have a Becky Pearce Designs ring or stacking set that are the wrong size for you, please get in touch. I can usually help if the ring needs to be stretched by up to a size and a half. Reducing the rings however is unfortunately more tricky, especially if there are stones on the ring and in these instances a local high street jeweller who offer adjustments may be able to help. Costs involved for resizing will vary according to the work required, but a rough guide would be around £10 per ring.
I strive to create high quality items and your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. I truly want you to be happy with your order and will do what I can to work out any problems.
Jewellery is highly tactile, and I do appreciate that until you have the item in your hands it's difficult to know whether or not it is right for you. As such, if you are not 100% happy with an item I offer a refund within 14 days. However, I can not accept returns on customised or personalised items. Unfortunately this includes rings made to your size, as these will have been made specifically for you.
Please contact me first to arrange a return as soon as possible. Items should be returned via recorded post, or special delivery, at your own cost. Unless faulty your refund will be made on receipt of the goods EXCLUDING ALL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS and a small administrative charge to cover costs (e.g paypal fees).
Commissions are welcomed and most items currently on the site could also be adapted to suit your requirements; please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss further. For bespoke orders, I will agree timings with you as part of the design process, and once the design elements and details have been confirmed.
Materials and Finishes
I hand make all of the items on the site, however in some designs I also use pre-made components such as chains or clasps. I aim to use 100% recycled silver where-ever possible to reduce the impact on the environment.
Sterling silver is 92.5% silver with copper alloys added for strength, it is therefore stronger and more resistant to life's knocks than fine silver (99.9% silver). Both types have their benefits and I use both types of silver in my jewellery; this will usually be specified in the description.Some have an oxidized finish to add a beautiful dark shine and contrast to the silver using liver of sulphur. This is be indicated in the product description. I can often change the finish if required, so please do let me know if you would prefer something different. Please note deeply oxidised finishes aren't completely permanent and a deep black oxidised finish will over time fade to a lovely deep grey. You can reoxidise yourself to keep that look, or contact me for more information.
The photograph shown on the website may be the specific item you will receive as my jewellery can be "one of a kind. However for most designs I make a number of items and due to the handmade nature of the product, the actual item you receive may differ slightly. This is the joy of handmade jewellery, and ensures that your jewellery is individual and unique piece. When the item includes gemstones, or pearls please note that these do differ subtly from stone to stone. Sizes may also vary a little.
Please keep in mind that all items in this shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present.This is part of what makes your item special, and unique. These aren't standardised factory made items!
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action (i.e. full refund or a substitute product incurring a part refund or extra payment as required). In some instances you may be given the option of pre-ordering an item that is currently sold out, in such an instance you will be contacted via email with details of the approximate timing for despatch. This may happen if a component I need to make your item is out of stock with my supplier.
